A day may come when the courage of Men fails.

A day may come when the courage of Men fails, when we forsake our friends and break all bonds of fellowship, but it is not this day. An hour of wolves and shattered shields when the Age of Men comes crashing down, but it is not this day! This day we will fight! By all that you hold dear on this good earth, I bid you stand
Almost everything--all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure--these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important.
When you get old in life things get taken from you.
That's, that's part of life. But,you only learn that when you start losing stuff. You find out that life is just a game of inches. Like football.Because in either game life or football the margin for error is so small.
One half step too late or too early you don't quite make it.One half second too slow or too fast and you don't quite catch it.The inches we need are everywhere around us. They are in every break of the game of life every minute, every second. We need to fight for that inch; we need to demand more from ourselves, and tear every challenge around us to pieces for that inch.
We CLAW with our finger nails for that inch. Cause we know when we add up all those inches, that’s going to make the difference between WINNING and LOSING between LIVING and DYING.
Know this, in any fight; it is the guy who is willing to diewho is going to win that inch.  if you are  going to have any life anymoreit is because, you are willing to fight, and die for that inchbecause that is what LIVING is.
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people will not feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others
